Competition Rules
LAUNCH DATE: 21 December 2021
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: 22 February 2022
- Entries must be entered by the creator
- Entries must be original works by the creator
- Prizes are not negotiable or transferable
- All entries should be in English or include English subtitles for the benefit of our judges
- Decision of the judges is final
- Winners will be contacted using the details provided on entry
- Winners’ names will be published on NH platforms and social media channels
- Winners will be expected to attend the online awards ceremony

- Every category has a judge or group of judges
- Entries in each category will be reviewed and scored separately based on the criteria for the category
- There is only one round of judging
- Each entry is judged independently on its own merit
- Entries are given one total score, based on the following criteria:

- Creativity, Concept, Idea
- Content, Objective, Execution
- Visuals, Design, Composition
- Overall Impression, Wow Factor,
- Memorability
- Relevance to the aims of the competition
ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to all residents of all nationalities aged 18 years or over, except employees or consultants of the Promoter; individuals who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or members of their immediate families or households.
In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties other than the named entrant; illegible or non-viewable in any way, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or incomplete.
There is no limit on entries for the Competition, regardless of category or subcategory. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Competition.
THE PRIZE
The prizes are those as set out on our website www.competition.narrativehouse.com.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
CLAIMING PRIZES
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on any entrant’s behalf.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 14 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize; except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors.
